During this project Tes-Oro provided pre-development strategies and financial modeling and oversaw the heap leach construction and infrastructure design including buildings and water systems. We put the project schedule in place, refurbished equipment and transported it to site. Tes-Oro professionals offered hands-on training and team building exercises. We designed and installed the Merrill Crow plant and oversaw all earthworks. The project was turn-key and fast tracked, built on time and under budget.
